For Learning & Skills Council Kent & Medway, KPMG undertook the Strategic Area Review of the provision of training to land based industries across Kent & Medway.

Papworth Research & Consultancy was responsible for examining demand for skills and training from employers. Rachel designed and managed the implementation of a self-completion employer survey, following up responses with employer consultations, undertook a series of in-depth consultations with employer representative bodies, and analysed secondary sources of labour market information.
