Papworth Research & Consultancy worked with people aged under 25 and over 50 from five community organisations, building their capacity to manage a community centre as a sustainable resource. Through a series of engaging yet challenging activities and workshops, we supported them to develop a management committee which oversaw the re-opening of a vacant community building (an asset transferred from the local authority).
