Client: Selsey Pre-Trust Group

Working with The Pool, Papworth Research & Consultancy Ltd supported Selsey Pre-Trust Group to develop a business plan for a community owned trust as a means of funding the maintenance of Selsey’s coastal defences and revitalising Selsey.

The business plan set out a vision for a series of connected regeneration schemes owned and managed by a community trust or social enterprise, with surplus profits being redirected into a delivery partnership of the authorities responsible for coastal defence.
