Papworth Research & Consultancy evaluated a programme of community capacity building projects within Ealing's wider Neighbourhood Renewal Programme. Through consultation at programme, project and beneficiary level, we assisted the Local Strategic Partnership to demonstrate the impact of the programme, identify successes that should be celebrated, learn lessons from the experiences of the programme and programmes elsewhere nationally, achieve mainstreaming and sustainability and plan for the future.
