Though consultations with Thornhill Plus You, Southampton City Council, contractors and residents, Papworth Research & Consultancy evaluated this £3.6m capital programme of improvements to the areas around 88 blocks of flats across Thornhill, in Southampton. Our interim evaluation recorded the learning amassed to date and made recommendations for the successful delivery of the final phases of the programme.
