Evaluation of Individual Placement & Support in Drug and Alcohol Services

Individual Placement & Support (IPS) is a model of supported employment for people using specialist mental health care services.

RAND Drug and Alcohol Services trialled IPS as an approach for its clients.

To evaluate its impact in partnership with Centre for Mental Health, Rachel interviewed clients of RAND in Birmingham and Brighton, including both clients who'd been selected for IPS and a control group.
