The Dudson Museum Activity Project evaluation

The Dudson Museum's Heritage Lottery funded Museum Activity project aimed to increase the number of school visits to the museum, and make the museum attractive to a wider range of visitors.

I assisted the museum to develop an evaluation framework, and evaluate the impact of the project, enabling it to provide feedback to the Heritage Lottery, learn from the project and build on its successes.
